CANCELLATION OF CRUISE POLICY:
If a cruise is cancelled by Jungle Queen, guests will have the option to receive either a refund or a future cruise credit.

REFUND POLICY:

DINNER CRUISE REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation over 24 hours: Full refund

Cancellation within 24 hours: Option to rebook for a future date or receive credit for a future cruise.

(There are no refunds for cruises cancelled within 24 hours)

Tickets do not expire and are non-transferable.

Should you arrive past 5:50pm and be unable to board the cruise, you will receive a credit to rebook for a future date.

90-MINUTE CRUISE REFUND POLICY:
If you purchase a ticket and have made a reservation for a 90-minute sightseeing cruise, and then wish to cancel that reservation, the reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the sailing date in order to receive a full refund. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the sailing date, then you will have an option to either 1. Rebook to a new date 2. Receive a credit for a future cruise. t

Boarding begins approximately 45 minutes before departure. To ensure you get on the cruise at the time you are interested in (or have booked / have made reservations for), please arrive at least 45-minutes before the scheduled departure to allow yourself time for parking and to obtain tickets from our box office whether you purchased them online or wish to purchase tickets directly from our box office, and also find seating on our cruise.

GROUPS & CHARTERS REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation of at least 10 days prior to your cruise date is required for any refunds to be applicable.

If you are issued a credit and then book another cruise in which the total price is greater than the total credits available, the additional cost must be paid for before the reservation can be confirmed.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS RESULTING FROM CRUISE CANCELLATIONS OR ITINERARY CHANGES:
Jungle Queen shall not be liable to guests for any charges, fees or expenses paid or owed to third parties by guests in connection with a cancelled cruise or an itinerary change for any reason.
